Recipe type: Vegetarian
  • Whey Protein (100g protein quota)
  • Water
  • Strawberries (handful - fruit quota)
  • mint leaf
  • nutmeg powder
  • or use the whey and water with cinnamon
  • A teaspoon of psyllium husks can be added to thicken and increase the volume of your smoothie - give the husks a few minutes to bloat; make sure you drink a big glass of water whenever you eat psyllium husks
