Cottage Cheese & Asparagus
Recipe type: Vegetarian
  • 100g cottage cheese (protein quota)
  • jar of marinated asparagus (in spring water with herbs/spices) (vegetable quota)
  • optional: 1 grissini
  1. Arrange as per photo as an example....the central pot is filled with balsamic vinegar which is a great option if the asparagus you have is not marinated.
  2. If you love ONIONS, then bake some in the oven, in alfoil with some Bragg All Purpose Seasoning squirted into the middle. The onions can be used instead of asparagus for a change.
