Cottage Cheese & Asparagus
Recipe type: Vegetarian
- 100g cottage cheese (protein quota)
- jar of marinated asparagus (in spring water with herbs/spices) (vegetable quota)
- optional: 1 grissini
- Arrange as per photo as an example....the central pot is filled with balsamic vinegar which is a great option if the asparagus you have is not marinated.
- If you love ONIONS, then bake some in the oven, in alfoil with some Bragg All Purpose Seasoning squirted into the middle. The onions can be used instead of asparagus for a change.
