Tangy Chicken Soup
Recipe type: Soup
  • 100g chicken breast steamed then shredded
  • slivered silver beet or spinach
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • lemon juice to your taste
  • minced/crushed garlic to you taste
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • optional: shiratake noodles
  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to boil then simmer for about 20 minutes. Using the allocated protein (chicken breast) and vegetable (silver beet of spinach), this soup becomes either lunch or dinner.
