Bitey Crab & Cucumber Salad
Recipe type: Salad
  • 100g cooked crab* - shredded
  • chopped cucumber (vegetable quota)
  • Bragg All Season Flavouring
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Hot English Mustard or Wasabi
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 grissini broken into small pieces
  • optional: juice of half a lemon
  1. In a bowl create a dressing to your taste using the Bragg Flavouring, apple cider vinegar, mustard/wasabi (or both!), salt and pepper
  2. Substitute crab for small chunks lobster (100g quota)
